The Essential Services Commission (ESC) in Victoria has officially suspended the accreditation of Royal One Pty Ltd, an upgrade provider accused of submitting digitally altered photographs and falsified consumer data to fraudulently claim certificates under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.
